Abstract

Transport companies, universities and industry – this triad of actors with very different perspectives and learning environments is brought together in the InnoVET project UpTrain to test a holistic, trial model of training for the public transport sector. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research over a period of four years. The project's academical partner is the Chair for Public Transport and Mobility Management (ÖVM) of the University of Wuppertal, headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ulrike Reutter.
